Interesting short story by Stephen King. I find the concept of a living planet slightly redundent in science fiction, but King takes the living planet idea from Mother-Earth utopia to Living Hell.
Why This Blog Exists
I decided to start this blog as a place to put my reviews of novels, novellas, short stories, flash fiction, movies, television, comics, graphic novels, and anything that is fictional and has a story. In short, I wanted to really take time and think about stories that have touched me in the past as well as reflect on their meaning. In a way I hope to learn the subtleties of storycraft while using my brain to think over these stories and put my thoughts about them on paper (so to speak).
Anyways, this is the obligatory “why this blog exists” post, so that is all for now.
